About Premier Plumbing

The Premier Plumbing Story

Meet Chris Caldwell – Owner of Premier Plumbing, Septic & Drain.

For me, plumbing has never been just about pipes, drains, or septic systems. It’s about helping people when they need it most. From a young age, I learned the value of hard work, accountability, and showing up when others are counting on you. Those lessons shaped who I am and eventually led me to start Premier Plumbing, Septic & Drain.

Over the years, I’ve worked in customers’ homes across Chattanooga, North Georgia, and the surrounding communities. One thing became clear: homeowners want someone they can trust. They want honest answers, quality workmanship, and a contractor who treats their home with respect. That’s the foundation Premier Plumbing was built on.

Whether we’re clearing a drain, replacing a water heater, installing a new septic system, or excavating a sewer line, our goal is simple: provide solutions that last and create an experience that leaves customers feeling taken care of. I believe the small details matter. Showing up on time. Communicating clearly. Taking pride in our work. Leaving a job site cleaner than we found it. Those are the things that build trust.

As a father, business owner, and member of this community, I understand the importance of taking care of people. My mission is to build a company known for reliability, integrity, and service—one customer, one family, and one project at a time. When you call Premier Plumbing, Septic & Drain, you’re not just hiring a plumbing company. You’re partnering with a team that genuinely cares about helping you protect your home and solve your problems the right way.
